University College Cork is delighted to partner with the Society of Dairy Technology in hosting the Annual Conference of the Society on 22-24 November 2023. The theme of this year’s conference is on Digitalisation of Dairy Processing.
We have developed an exciting scientific programme, including a panel discussion, technical visits, trade exhibition, and poster exhibitions. The poster exhibition, incorporating a student competition, is central to the programme and presents students, researchers and industry professionals with excellent professional development opportunities.
Call for abstracts
The organising committee would now like to invite submission of abstracts for this conference. Submissions are invited from all students, research staff, principal investigators and industry personnel involved in dairy technology. Abstracts should be submitted to Prof. Seamus O’Mahony, University College Cork at [email protected] by 5 pm on Friday 6th October 2023.
