2025 Dairy Science and Technology Summer School & Symposium

The AEDIL DAIRY CoVE ACADEMY, for the 4th consecutive year, is offering two exciting learning opportunities for dairy professionals in 2025:

  1. In-Person Summer School (June 23-27, 2025)
  2. Online Symposium (June 23-26, 2025)

Both events will be hosted by the Agricultural University of Athens. The Summer School is specifically targeted at Early Career Dairy Researchers, including PhD and Master students, Postdocs, and industrial researchers with less than 7 years of experience since completing their studies. The Summer School will feature hands-on training, expert-led workshops, and industry visits in the mornings, while participants will join the Online Symposium in the afternoons.

The Online Symposium, held in the afternoons from June 23 to 26( European time), will be open to all Dairy Professionals across fields, offering a unique opportunity for networking and knowledge exchange.

Join the Summer School – Advance Your Dairy Expertise!

Dates: June 23 – June 27, 2025

Location: Agricultural University of Athens, Greece

The Summer School provides an immersive, hands-on learning experience, where participants will:

  • Get practical training in dairy processing.
  • Attend expert-led sessions in dairy science, nutrition, and business management.
  • Connect with industry leaders and fellow professionals.
  • Enhance career prospects with a certificate recognized in the dairy sector.

Spaces are limited, and early  application is recommended. Selection for participation will be offered after assessment of motivation letters submitted at registration.

Students who attend both the Summer School and Symposium, and complete all assignments will receive a certificate detailing the workload (100 h) and the recommended ECTS credits (4-5). Participants of the Summer School are particularly encouraged to submit abstracts for flash presentations during the symposium
