Milk and Dairy Components: Designed to Deliver:

Optimizing dairy ingredients for both functionality and nutrition. This includes advances in dairy ingredient science, processing techniques to enhance functionality, and the bioactivities of milk components.

Biotechnology in the Dairy Sector:

Explores the role of fermentation, advanced dairy microbiology, probiotics, and microbiomes in improving dairy products. Focus on leveraging big data, omics approaches, and ensuring safety in biotechnological processes.

Production of Safe, Stable, and Nutritious Dairy Products:

Innovations in dairy processing, sustainability, and traceability. Topics include blockchain in supply chains, big data in processing, sustainability in packaging, and environmental impacts of dairy production.
