Jelena Miocinovic and Zorana Miloradovic participated in the 44th International Dairy Experts Symposium that was held in Rovinj, Croatia (https://cutt.ly/oBRBeIB) in the period 12th-15th October 2022.
Symposium gathered many dairy experts from different Insitutions of region such as: University of Zagreb, University of Osijek and University of Applied Science, Karlovac (Croatia); University of Ljubljana (Slovenia); University of Sarajevo, University of Tuzla and University of Mostar (Bosnia and Hercegovina); State University of Tetova (North Macedonia); University of Belgrade and University of Novi Sad (Serbia), Croatian Veterinary Institute, Institute of Public Health Agency for Agriculture and Food and Ministry of Agriculture, Serbian Public Agricultural Service of Dairy Science), and also companies representatives (Vindija, Dukat, Belje, Runolist, Noack, Labena, Magteh, Mega, Gea, De Laval, SPX Flow).
It was a challenging task, but a great pleasure to present AEDIL dairy CoVE to such a diverse dairy expert audience from neighboring countries. Fruitful discussions with colleagues about the CoVE project and future challenges in dairy sector deepened our perspective and sparked new ideas.
