Representatives of AEDIL dairy CoVE have recently participated in the 2022 Forum on Vocational Excellence in San Sebastian, Spain on 15-16th November. The vision of the Forum was to bring together successful and aspirant CoVE collaborators to discuss the latest developments in VET education including information on the CoVEs projects, raising awareness of vocational excellences, connect people to enhance social inclusion and to inspire each other.
The Forum enjoyed high level policy and political support, especially from Basque Government, Spain (Jokin Bildarratz, Minister of Education) and European Commission, Belgium (Nicolas Schmit, European Commissioner for Jobs and Social Rights).
The AEDIL Dairy CoVE attendee contributed to the Forum’s success by active engagement in workshops, discussions and networking. During the sessions, we asked questions, contributed to surveys and even moderated a workshop on experiential learning. Beyond the programme, we connected with people devoted to the ideas of CoVE, VET, innovations, internationalisation, life long learning and social inclusion. These experiences and connections will most certainly bring the added value into the current project and act as a catalyst for the development of future projects with members from other CoVE projects and beyond.
True to the ethos of our Dairy CoVE we are coming together, working together and growing together to enhance dairy training and education for a secure future.
