2024 Dairy Science and Technology Summer School & Symposium

This summer the AEDIL Dairy CoVE Academy, is delighted to bring the Dairy Science and Technology Summer School & Symposium to Copenhagen, Denmark.
We look forward to welcoming Dairy professionals to partake in both or either, of these two learning events;
- Mornings (In-person): Dairy Science and Technology Summer School –Future Dairy Processing Challenges
- In person, 24th – 28th June 2024 at University of Copenhagen, Department of Food Science (UCPH FOOD)
- Targeted at Early Career Dairy Researchers, in particular PhD and Master students, as well as Postdocs and industrial researchers with less than 7 years of experience since completion of studies

- Afternoons (online): Dairy Science and Technology Symposium – Delivering with Dairy: From primary production to primary purpose
- Online, 24th – 27th June 2024, hosted by University of Copenhagen
- Targeted at Dairy Professionals from all fields

Both events will be hosted by UCPH FOOD and funded by the AEDIL Dairy Centre of Vocational Excellence – European Commission Erasmus+ CoVE programme (Grant number 101055548).
There is no charge to attend the events.
The summer school is limited to 40 participants, who will be selected after assessment of the motivation letters submitted at registration. Successful applicants to the Dairy Science and Technology Summer School will automatically be registered for the Online Dairy Science and Technology Symposium, held in the afternoons.
Students who attend both the Summer School and Symposium, and complete all assignments will receive a certificate detailing the workload (100 h) and the recommended ECTS credit (4-5). Participants of the Summer School are particularly encouraged to submit abstracts for flash presentations during the symposium.
Participation in the Dairy Science and Technology Symposium is open to Dairy Professionals at all levels. This offers an opportunity to invest in continuing professional development.
